We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Supervisor

Location: Ikeja GRA, Lagos (Proximity to Leventis, Maryland, Ojota, Cement, Ikeja Along, or Oregun is highly preferred.)

Employment Type: Full-time

Work Hours: Mon – Sat, 9:00am – 6:00pm

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day storefront operations, inventory tracking, and staff performance.
• Supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service, store presentation, and smooth daily operations.
• Coordinate stock management, procurement activities, and supplier relationships.
• Manage customer inquiries, resolve escalations, and support the planning and delivery of creative workshops and in-store events.
• Monitor daily sales performance, reconcile accounts, and ensure monthly sales targets are achieved.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, HND, or relevant qualification in Business Administration, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a retail supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong organizational skills with an interest in arts, crafts, DIY materials, or creative products.
• Experience with inventory management, basic bookkeeping, and POS systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and team management skills.
