What you will do: Monitors and improves the maintenance of the production unit by overseeing maintenance staff and equipment; ensures employees comply with safety procedures and standards.
Responsibilities

Coaching and mentoring teams in order to encourage, motivate, and guide individuals in learning and improving effectiveness.

Creating work plans for staff and contractors; reviewing the maintenance work performed by technicians.

Making purchasing decisions and recommendations regarding equipment and tools; training the workers periodically on various maintenance processes and techniques.

Monitoring the maintenance budget; identifying cost-effective alternatives for current maintenance activities.

Tracking daily inventories, inspecting production units for wear and tear; ensuring replacements are made on time.

Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision.

Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.

Planning and Organizing: Knowledge of the process of planning and arranging tasks and resources; ability to plan and organize both time and resources to get things completed while structuring and maintaining work in a systematic and highly methodical way.

Project Management: Knowledge of effective project management strategies and tactics; ability to plan, organize, monitor, and control projects, ensuring efficient utilization of technical and administrative resources to achieve project objectives.
Basic Requirements:
- Degree Requirement
- Renewable energy engineering
- Advanced level of English
- Utilities Management Expertise (Required)
- Electrical power systems
- Utilities management: electricity, compressed air, industrial water systems.
- Power generation assets
- 1-3 years of professional experience in utility systems, power generation, electrical maintenance, facilities engineering, energy management, or a related industrial environment.

Knowledge of energy efficiency and sustainability practices.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to interpret electrical diagrams, technical specifications, and engineering documentation.

Leadership potential and ability to coordinate small teams.

Knowledge of industrial safety standards and lockout/tagout procedures.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Note: This position requires the candidate to work onsite five days a week.
