About the Role As a Supervisor (all genders) for the sales floor, you will lead a team of up to 15 people responsible for the sales floor, its organization, and achieving revenue targets in our Zalando Outlet store in Freiburg.
What You'll Do
- Ensure a well-sorted and attractive sales floor and an ideal shopping atmosphere for our customers.
- Monitor KPIs and proactively derive sales-promoting actions with your team.
- Deliver professional customer service and implement marketing measures in collaboration with Store Management.
- Act as a role model and motivate your team through transparency, authenticity, and collaboration on equal footing.
- Manage floor topics with leadership responsibility and oversee the goods flow and processes between the sales floor and warehouse.
- Actively manage daily shift schedules and onboard new employees.
What We're Looking For
- Several years of professional experience in a similar position with leadership responsibility.
- High degree of ownership, flexibility, organizational skills, and assertiveness; friendly, service-oriented demeanor.
- Enjoy developing and implementing ideas to make the Zalando Offline Shopping experience even more attractive and revenue-driving.
