Job Description
- QUẢN LÝ PHỤ TRÁCH NGHIỆP VỤ THANH TOÁN:
A-KIỂM TRA, GIÁM SÁT HOẠT ĐỘNG THANH TOÁN
- Kiểm tra, giám sát chung hoạt động thanh toán (ngoại trừ thanh toán quyền lợi bảo hiểm cho khách hàng). Kiểm soát tất cả các chứng từ thanh toán xử lý bởi nhóm Kế toán Thanh toán, đảm bảo tuân thủ theo các chính sách, quy trình của Công ty, các quy định hiện hành về thuế và hóa đơn trước khi chuyển sang Kế toán Ngân quỹ làm lệnh thanh toán.
- Hạch toán, kiểm tra đối chiếu, đảm bảo tất cả các chứng từ đã thanh toán, các nghiệp vụ kế toán phát sinh, do nhóm Kế toán Thanh toán phụ trách, đều được hạch toán chính xác, đầy đủ và kịp thời vào hệ thống kế toán .
