Description: Mercado Libre is seeking a leader to supervise Mass Talent Attraction for Mercado Envíos. This role sits within People and partners with Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Rewards, and Culture & Experience teams to drive the strategy and execution for attracting top talent across the organization in Latin America.
What You'll Do
- Lead and oversee mass talent attraction initiatives for Mercado Envíos, partnering with Talent Acquisition to design and execute recruitment strategies.
- Collaborate with People teams (Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Rewards, Culture & Experience) to align talent pipelines with business goals.
- Champion a culture of entrepreneurship, execution, and continuous learning, translating business needs into effective sourcing and hiring campaigns.
