About the Role Join Nova Bus (AB Volvo) in Saint-Eustache, QC as a Logistics Supervisor (evening shift). You will lead an approximately 20-person, unionized logistics team supporting the assembly line, ensuring on-time delivery of parts and smooth production flow in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do

• Supervise a work team of approximately 20 unionized employees with varied trades.
• Coordinate logistics/GM operations in support of production, including tracking supplier shipments, inbound receipts, inventory management and on-time delivery of parts.
• Monitor shortages and delivery performance with suppliers and stakeholders; manage escalations to meet deliverables.
• Establish work standards and ensure smooth processing of disputed invoices.
• Oversee contract-based production releases for the logistics component.
• Identify process-improvement opportunities to raise efficiency and performance.
• Create, implement and track team KPIs; share status across cross-functional meetings.
• Plan team activities, prioritize work, and communicate directives and strategic vision for the logistics department.
• Manage performance and development of the team; foster active participation in process improvement.
• Build harmonious, effective relationships with other departments to support overall company goals.

What We're Looking For

• DEC in administration, operations management, manufacturing management, procurement management or logistics management.
• At least 5 years of relevant managerial experience in a unionized logistics environment.
• Strong knowledge of the supply chain.
• Proven leadership, excellent communication and teamwork.
• Flexibility, adaptability and solution-oriented mindset.
• Knowledge of an ERP or MRP system.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Autonomous, adaptable, able to work under pressure and manage priorities.
