About the Role The Operations Supervisor will oversee daily warehouse and production area operations, and develop strategies to ensure production goals are met. They are responsible for coaching, developing, and maintaining a safe working environment for employees. What You'll Do
- Lead a team of warehouse operators and oversee warehouse and tank yard maintenance.
- Supervise blending preparation and filling products into various packaging types.
- Verify accuracy of orders, received items, inventory, and deliveries.
- Coordinate shipping tasks.
- Conduct daily warehouse inspections.
