Job Summary
- We are seeking a responsible and qualified Superintendent Pharmacist to oversee the professional and operational activities of the pharmacy.
- The ideal candidate should be licensed to practise in Nigeria, responsible, organised, and committed to maintaining high standards of pharmaceutical care and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy and ensure smooth service delivery.
- Dispense medications accurately and provide appropriate counselling to patients.
- Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws, professional standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage medication inventory, including stock monitoring, ordering, storage, and expiry checks.
- Maintain accurate pharmacy records, prescriptions, controlled-drug records, and other required documentation.
- Supervise pharmacy staff and ensure proper professional conduct and customer service.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D) from a recognised institution.
- Must be a registered and licensed Pharmacist in Nigeria with a valid practising licence.
- Previous experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of dispensing, pharmaceutical care, inventory management, and regulatory requirements.
- Good communication, leadership, organisational, and customer-service skills.
- Must be responsible, reliable, and willing to work the required schedule.
Compensation
Option A:
- Salary: N300,000 / month (license inclusive)
- Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM
- Alternate weekends
- License arrangement can be negotiated separately if preferred.
Option B:
- Salary: N280,000 / month.
- License Fee: N700,000
