About this role
ADM (Archer Daniels Midland), a global leader in human and animal nutrition and the world's premier agricultural origination and processing company, is hiring a Superintendent for its grain elevator facility in Hooker, Oklahoma. This is an exempt-level, full-time on-site role with a pay range of $72,900 - $131,800 plus annual bonus.
The Superintendent is responsible for day-to-day activities of the grain elevator, including loading/unloading, sampling, grading, transferring, blending and storage of grain, while maintaining a safe, sanitary workplace compliant with company policy and regulatory agencies (OSHA, EPA, DNR, DOT). The role trains and leads hourly employees in operations, safety, and food safety, and establishes preventative maintenance, sanitation and operation schedules.
