🌟 WHAT DOES AN ABA PARA DO?
As an ABA Para, you’ll work one-on-one with a child to help develop important skills, encourage independence, and support their individual goals.
🧩 Your responsibilities may include:
Supporting communication, social interaction, and daily living skills.
Using play-based activities to make learning engaging.
Following an individualized treatment plan under BCBA guidance.
Tracking progress and recording session data and notes.
Celebrating milestones and encouraging continued growth.

ABA experience or RBT certification is preferred, but the right candidate may have the opportunity to receive training and guidance.
