About the Role Netflix's Emerging Talent summer internship program offers a 12-week experience across multiple regions (United States, India, Poland, and Japan). Interns will work alongside world-class innovators in engineering, data & insights, content, finance & strategy, marketing, and program management, gaining trust, tools, and opportunities to make a global impact. What You'll Do
- Join a team across technology, entertainment, and business to contribute on meaningful projects during the internship.
- Collaborate with mentors and peers to build skills and deliver real work that advances Netflix's goals and delights global audiences.

- Learn about entertainment and tech in a dynamic environment while developing technical, role-specific, and collaboration skills. What We're Looking For
- Enrolled in a university pursuing a bachelor’s, master's, or doctoral degree.
- Interest in engineering, data/insights, entertainment, or cross-functional roles.
- Demonstrated collaboration, communication, and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced, global team.
