  • Transcript

  • My name is Andres, and I've been with Enterprise Mobility for 5 years here in Houston, Texas. So my background is actually fashion merchandizing and general business, so I enjoyed the atmosphere, but for me it didn't have that fast climbing career path. I wasn't being coached and developed. So ultimately what made me want to join Enterprise was I want to constantly develop. I don't want someone telling me, hey, you have to wait to get promoted like opportunities are all yours, so I really. that fun career path and also networking at the same time. I actually joined Enterprise Mobility as an auto detailer. I, I worked part time while I attended school to get my bachelor's degree, but when I earned my bachelor's the opportunity to interview for a management training position was was there. And what interested me about the organization was the upward mobility. The great thing was I was able to see people move up within the company as I was detailing vehicles, so I had a clear understanding of what that management track kind of looked like, um, but still didn't quite understand the endless opportunities that were within the organization, but I knew there was great upward mobility.
