About the Programme:

As part of Baker Tilly’s Forensics, Litigation & Valuation Services team, you will begin your career working on a wide range of forensic assignments for our clients. Our global reach and entrepreneurial environment will give you the support, training and practical experience to develop your technical, commercial and professional skills. Alongside serving clients, you will contribute to the wider life of the firm by building client relationships, supporting business development, developing our people and helping to shape our culture.

Our London Graduate Programme is a three-year programme combining hands-on client work with study towards the ACA qualification and membership of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW). From the outset, you will contribute to live client assignments, develop forensic and investigative accounting skills and gain exposure to the diverse nature of our work. Your responsibility will increase as your technical knowledge, professional judgement and client skills develop.

Baker Tilly will fund your ACA training with an external professional training provider. You will receive time away from client work for ACA tuition and examinations, alongside ongoing mentoring, on-the-job coaching and technical development. You will also have access to global learning delivered by Baker Tilly professionals through a range of training platforms.

Your development will continue beyond the ACA qualification, with ongoing learning and opportunities to build your forensic expertise and progress your career at Baker Tilly. We also offer a competitive remuneration and benefits package.

Programme Opportunities:

As a member of the 2027 Forensics, Litigation & Valuation Services Graduate Accounting Programme, you will have the opportunity to:

• Contribute to meaningful client engagements from the start, developing your skills as a forensic accounting professional
• Work alongside experienced colleagues, including Seniors, Managers, Directors and Principals, with specialist technical knowledge across a range of industries and services
• Work directly with a variety of clients, ranging from privately held businesses to publicly traded multinational corporations
• Learn from mentors and colleagues through formal training, networking opportunities, on-the-job coaching and an open, collaborative working environment
• Participate in our Onboarding and Consultant Training designed to equip you with the core tools and skills needed to contribute to client engagements and support your personal development
• Gain experience across our core service areas, including Insurance, Litigation, Valuations and Investigations
• Take part in our inclusion and diversity initiatives and wider firm activities
• Use any additional language skills you may have where relevant to client work (additional languages are not a requirement for the role)

Qualifications

• Essential

• Availability to begin full-time employment in August 2027

• Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team and communicate confidently with clients and colleagues at different levels

• Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical and problem-solving skills

• Eligibility to work full-time in the UK without sponsorship (regrettably, we cannot accept Graduate or Dependant/Spouse visas)

• Willingness to travel as required for client projects

• Desirable

• Degree - minimum 2:1 in any subject

• Demonstrated numeracy skills at A-Level or equivalent

• Relevant internship, work experience, extracurricular activity and/or other evidence of interest in forensic accounting or professional services
