You will be responsible for
Guest Experience

Deliver warm, professional and attentive service to all suite guests.

Anticipate needs, handle requests and resolve issues quickly and confidently. Suite Service & Standards

Set up, serve and clear suites to a consistently high standard.

Ensure suites are clean, well‑presented and fully stocked throughout service. Eventday Service

Lead service in your suite during matchdays and events, maintaining pace and quality in busy periods.

Coordinate with bar, kitchen and floor teams to ensure timely food and drink delivery. Teamwork & Communication

Act as the main point of contact for guests in your suite and communicate feedback to supervisors.

Support and guide junior team members, leading by example on service and standards.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Essential
-
Proven experience as a Head Waiter, Senior Server or similar role in a premium or high‑volume hospitality environment.

Strong track record of delivering exceptional guest service and managing a section independently.
-
Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and a professional, approachable manner.
-
Ability to lead service in your area, support junior team members and maintain standards under pressure.
-
High attention to detail in presentation, cleanliness and overall guest experience.
-
Flexible and reliable, with the ability to work evenings, weekends and event days as required. Desirable

Experience in suites, stadium, arena or VIP hospitality environments.

Good knowledge of food and beverage service, including wine, cocktails or premium dining.

Experience handling VIP guests or corporate clients.

Familiarity with POS or ordering systems used in hospitality operations.
