Salary: $185,000-$225,000 Bonus Potential 10%+
Schedule- Monday-Friday hours vary based on projects and site
Traveling to sites east side of Florida

Position Summary: The Substation Area Manager is responsible for leading the planning, design, construction, and maintenance of substation infrastructure. This role ensures operational excellence, safety, and regulatory compliance while supporting strategic business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead substation teams and oversee client operations.
- Manage all phases of substation projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
- Prepare and review labor studies and project cost estimates.
- Support proposal development and bid reviews for new substation work.
- Manage staffing levels and workforce allocation across the substation division.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Provide technical guidance on civil and electrical aspects of substation construction.
- Maintain strong field presence and support crews with practical, solution-oriented leadership.
- Collaborate with internal departments, customers, and regulatory agencies.
