Job DescriptionSubject Matter Expert (SME) -Production – Clinton, IAThis is an exempt, onsite Supervisory PositionPosition Summary: Assists in leading a work group of employees in the production area. Emphasizes and requires safety and compliance with all state and federal laws & regulations in the performance of all work. Develop employees and promote a work climate where they do their best. Leads by example fostering an atmosphere of trust and cooperation. Openly communicates information to others. Works with other supervisors and members of management to coordinate the use of Company resources in keeping with established policies, procedures, and plant priorities.
