Objetivo de la posicion
Desarrollar y lograr los objetivos de experiencia del cliente así como de venta para la tienda. Apoyar al Gerente en las operaciones diarias de la tienda. Coordinar el desarrollo y capacitación de Ejecutivos de Venta, Así como su gestión con el apoyo del Gerente de Tienda
Principales Responsabilidades
- 30% Apoyar en el alcance de los objetivos de ventas de la tienda y la experiencia al cliente. Asegurar la ejecución de Nuestro Compromiso en cada Ejecutivo hacia nuestros clientes.
- 30% Apoyar al Gerente de Tienda en la operación diaria: horarios, mantener la imagen de la tienda, papeleria, consumibles, inventarios, apertura y cierre de la tienda.
