Job title: Subcontract Window Installation Crew
About the Role Renewal by Andersen is seeking experienced subcontracting window and door installation crews to partner with in Erie, PA. This role supports our full-service replacement program as part of the contractor network, performing installations and removals at customer homes and delivering outstanding service on every job site.
What You'll Do
- Set up work sites in accordance with Renewal by Andersen guidelines.
- Perform basic to routine window or door installations and removals.
- Tear down and clean up the job site after completion.
- Provide world-class customer service with integrity on every project.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 3 years of window installation and remodeling experience.
- Proven track record of superior workmanship.
- Self-motivation and results orientation with a strong focus on customer service.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to pass a criminal background check.
- Ability to provide references of past work.
- Ownership of your own truck, trailer, and tools.
- Scheduled availability to work when homeowners are available (7 a.m. – 7 p.m.).
- Time and work process management skills; ability to work independently.
- Possess a Certified Lead Renovator Certificate.
- Provide Certificate of Insurance with General Liability $1 Million per occurrence, Automobile Liability $1 Million, and Workers' Compensation $1 Million.
- A commitment to safe work practices and adherence to Renewal by Andersen guidelines.

- Certified Master Installer Training.
