Sub-Regional Cost Lead
About this role
The Sub-Regional Cost Lead collaborates with the DCD Project Manager to commercially manage all data center construction projects in the region. This includes on-site commercial management to ensure Microsoft is financially and contractually protected, contributing to a fast-growing, globally impactful environment and supporting an inclusive culture aligned with Microsoft values.
Responsibilities
- Work alongside the DCD Project Manager to commercially manage all projects in the region.
- Provide on-site commercial management to protect Microsoft financially and contractually.
- Manage all commercial issues across current, future, and past projects and report to Project Controls & DCD head office in Redmond on a regular basis.
