A Snapshot of your day

To support the UK&I structure in line with the hub strategy, Siemens Energy is seeking a Sub Region Property Manager based in Lincoln to predominantly support the GS sites. This permanent role will also act as a deputy to the Head of Asset Management, offering a strong succession path within the regional real estate functions. To address these business aims, this role focuses on executing regional property management and maintenance strategies, steering facility service providers, and managing local stakeholder relations. These focus areas ensure optimal operational performance, cost efficiencies, and seamless service delivery across the property portfolio. Given the focus on regional property operations and leadership, the ideal candidate will have 5 to 8 years of experience in Corporate Real Estate management, strong financial acumen, and proven team leadership capabilities. A professional background in facility management and a recognized industry qualification are highly desirable.

How you'll make a difference

Execute property management strategies to ensure optimal operational performance of properties and real estate operations (FMS & maintenance) aligned with global objectives.

Define and implement local maintenance strategies based on functional requirements and asset value protection, coordinating maintenance teams and planning necessary upgrades.

Define and monitor repair, maintenance, and modernization measures, controlling project maintenance, construction, and fit-out costs.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations (EHS), local legal requirements, operational standards, and internal real estate policies.

Select, commission, manage, and monitor subcontractors for facility management (FM), facility services (FS), and security services, ensuring SLA compliance.

Manage local stakeholder relationships and side Business Unit satisfaction, aligning local needs with overall business goals and standards.

Identify potential operational risks within the region, implement mitigation strategies, and collaborate in operational emergency management.

Manage and control the budget for the regional area, defining and tracking cost savings and implementing process efficiencies.

Lead and develop the regional Property Management team, with direct responsibility for local Property Managers, while acting as deputy to the Head of Asset Management.

Ensure data integrity for FMS and maintenance systems, providing reliable data for financial reporting, forecasting, and month-end activities.

What you bring

Chartered Surveyor (MRICS)

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Corporate Real Estate (CRE) or Facility Management

Minimum 10 years of experience in Corporate Real Estate Management, specifically property and/or facility management
