About the Role Renewal by Andersen is seeking highly skilled window and door installation subcontractors. If you have a crew of at least two and a proven track record of superior workmanship, we’d like to talk to you. This is a subcontractor opportunity in Birmingham, AL to deliver our Signature Service with every installation.
What You'll Do
- Install replacement windows and exterior doors for residential customers as a subcontractor
- Provide Signature Service with every installation appointment
- Work with a minimum two-person crew and manage your own truck, trailer, and tools
- Schedule installations during homeowners' availability (7 a.m. – 7 p.m.) and maintain clear communication
- Maintain safety, craftsmanship, and a professional appearance
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 3 years of window installation and remodeling experience
- A minimum of a 2-person work crew
- A proven track record of superior workmanship
- Strong focus on customer service
- Scheduled availability to work when homeowners are in their homes (between 7 a.m. – 7 p.m.)
- Self-motivation and results orientation
- Time and work process management skills with the ability to work independently
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check
- Provide references of your past work
- Ownership of your own truck, trailer, and tools
- Possess a Certified Lead Renovator Certificate
- Provide Certificate of Insurance with: General Liability $300,000 Each Occurrence; Automobile Liability $300,000 combined single limit; Worker’s Compensation Statutory
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
