Stylist

About the Role Fashion Nova is seeking a talented and highly creative stylist to report to the Styling Manager. You will prepare and style outfits for on-set shoots, aiming to produce 70 products daily, and ensure each look is elevated, on-trend, and aligned with the Fashion Nova visual aesthetic. You will collaborate with photographers and cross-functional teams to capture unique selling points and maintain brand standards.

What You'll Do

• Deliver elevated, aspirational styling for every look produced to meet daily KPI of 70 products
• On-set styling across multiple product categories; prioritize items to be shot first
• Monitor photoshoots for discrepancies and ensure each look is fully captured with high garment aesthetics
• Maintain a detailed understanding of styling fundamentals and merchandise standards; ensure on-model styling
• Maintain ongoing dialogue with the Photographer, Styling Manager and Sample Coordinators about productivity
• Keep studio space clean and organized; present fresh styling ideas in styling team huddles
• Contribute to closet suggestions and styling closet organization

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a Stylist in a fast-paced, eCommerce environment directly dealing with garment styling or similar experience assisting
• Knowledge of on-trend styling with a keen eye for detail; knowledge of fit, cut, color, and proportion
• Ability to understand needs from both creative and production perspectives within a studio
• Must have a portfolio that demonstrates on-model styling; experience styling models on set in the fashion industry
• Experience with e-commerce product styling is highly preferred
• Ability to organize, prioritize in a dynamic environment; able to work independently and in a team
• Flexible thinker with the ability to make sound independent decisions; able to work with direct supervision
• Able to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
• English; additional language(s) an advantage; BSA in Fashion preferred
