Location: My Haire Concierge Studio, Lekki, Lagos

Work Arrangement: On-site / Studio-based

Working Hours: 9am – 7pm

Job Summary

My Haire Concierge is looking for a warm, polished and highly organised Studio Concierge to join our team in Lekki, Lagos.

The Studio Concierge is responsible for owning the physical client journey and day-to-day studio experience, ensuring that every client is welcomed, attended to and guided through the studio experience seamlessly. This is far more than a reception role: you will set the tone of the studio, keep the day running smoothly and make sure every client leaves feeling well looked after.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and receive clients professionally
• Manage the front desk and incoming calls
• Create, manage and update client appointments
• Coordinate stylists, braiders and technicians
• Manage client check-in, waiting experience and departure
• Monitor day-to-day studio operations
• Identify rebooking and additional-service opportunities
• Support in-studio sales and product recommendations
• Handle immediate client concerns and service recovery
• Coordinate client photos, videos and in-studio reviews
• Identify suitable in-studio content opportunities
• Support ambassador and influencer visits
• Maintain accurate client and appointment records
• Provide temporary front-desk coverage for the Digital Concierge when required
• Complete required daily reports and operational checklists

• Experience in a salon, beauty, hospitality, luxury retail, wellness, healthcare or another client-facing environment is an advantage.
