About the Role Als Teil des Fendt-Teams bei AGCO trägst du von Anfang an zu anspruchsvollen Aufgaben bei. Du sammelst Praxiserfahrung in der Getriebemontage und im Bereich Controlling und bringst eigene Ideen ein, um Prozesse zu verbessern. Je nach Form deines Engagements (Praktikum, Abschlussarbeit, Werkstudententätigkeit oder duales Studium) erhältst du wertvolle Einblicke in die Praxis der Landwirtschaftstechnik. What You'll Do
- Vorbereitung & Unterstützung bei der Planung, Durchführung und Koordination von Projekten innerhalb der Getriebemontage
- Unterstützung im Bereichscontrolling Getriebemontage
- Ausarbeitung und Erstellung von Entscheidungsgrundlagen, Analysen und Reports für die Abteilung
- Abstimmung mit den Bereichen Werkscontrolling Getriebe, Personalabteilung & Arbeitsvorbereitung
