You will be part of the team from day one, gain valuable practical experience and contribute with your ideas in a role that may encompass practical projects, internships, theses, or a dual study path.

Overview

You will support the entire Employee Lifecycle from job posting to offboarding, gain insights into HR work and cross-functional collaboration, contribute to recruiting and employer branding activities, help organize internal events and company-wide events, and independently manage HR projects while working closely with HR Business Partners in day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Support the entire Employee Lifecycle from posting vacancies to offboarding.
• Gain exposure to HR work and collaboration with different business areas.
• Assist with employer branding and recruiting activities.
• Help organize and run internal events and company events.
• Independently take on HR projects and work closely with HR Business Partners in daily operations.

Requirements

• You are studying Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related program.
• Ideally, you have gained first practical experience in HR.
• You bring good English skills, strong communication, and a confident demeanor.
• You work in a structured, autonomous, proactive manner.
• You handle sensitive personnel data responsibly and maintain discretion.
