About this role
About the Role As a Student worker in the TETRA Devices team, you will assist with installing and maintaining essential tools for TETRA device programming and device mobility logging, support case work related to iTM, TRACES, and device issues, and learn to configure audio systems for third-party accessories while helping maintain the audio lab and test bay. What You'll Do
- Installing and maintaining a TETRA device programming solution (iTM, Integrated Terminal Management system)
- Installing and maintaining a TRACES system (System for logging device mobility events)
- Assist in case work related to the iTM, TRACES and Device issues
- Learn to use our Audio system and create optimized configurations for 3rd party audio accessories
- Maintaining the audio lab, our test bay and our equipment What We're Looking For
