As a working student, you will play a crucial role in delivering portfolio views and reporting to management, enabling fact-based decisions while supporting internal projects to simplify and streamline processes and systems within a dynamic international environment.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Assist in the maintenance and development of project controlling tools, BPA solutions, and dashboards, focusing on automation and continuous improvement.
- Support data analysis and management by retrieving, consolidating, and linking information from various sources.
- Prepare monthly portfolio reporting for internal stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Contribute to internal digitalization and automation initiatives using tools such as Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Participate in internal projects and support the organization of workshops.
- Organize your own workload to ensure effective time utilization.
- Provide support on ad-hoc administrative and analytical tasks as needed.
What You Bring
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or beginning a Master’s degree in business administration, finance, business intelligence, or related fields.
- A proactive, results-oriented focus with the ability to work autonomously in a dynamic environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact and collaborate with colleagues at all levels.
- A flair for IT and digital tools, with an interest in exploring how technology can improve processes and solve business challenges.
- Experience with MS Office, especially Excel and Power BI; SQL knowledge is a plus.
- Fluency in English, both orally and in writing.
About the Team
You will be part of a dedicated Project Controlling Governance team within the Finance Offshore Execution Project Management team. The governance team improves project controlling systems and processes and supports the Commercial Project Management team in standardizing cost analysis and KPI reporting across all five Offshore hubs, from Asia to North America. Working closely with experienced professionals, you will have the opportunity to apply your academic knowledge in a practical business environment while developing expertise in project controlling and governance.
