About the Role The Student Worker/Graduate Assistant in Media Services supports on-campus A/V technology and event needs at Regent University. This role assists teachers and students, performs routine equipment checks, maintains media equipment, and helps run university classes and events in a faith-based environment committed to academic excellence and global influence. What You'll Do
- Assist teachers and students with A/V technology
- Daily checks of classroom equipment
- Maintain A/V equipment throughout the University
- Submit maintenance and production tickets
- Work at University classes and events
- Set up and operate a variety of audio and video equipment What We're Looking For
- Excellent customer service and teamwork skills
- Ability to troubleshoot audio/visual technology
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Technologically competent
- Must have experience running audio equipment and cameras
- Must be dependable and hard-working
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to attend weekly training meetings and occasionally work nights and weekends
- Ability to lift 40-50lbs
