Job title: Student Worker (Mercy Navigator)
About the Role Mercy Navigators is a peer mentoring program where student leaders will help guide incoming students as they transition into college and face their first year as Mercy University students. This on-campus Student Worker role supports the program by engaging with new students and helping to shape their welcome and success at Mercy University.
What You'll Do
- Serve as a Mercy Navigator and peer mentor for incoming Mercy University students
- Help first-year students transition to campus life and academics
- Participate in program activities, outreach, and mentoring events
- Collaborate with fellow Mercy Navigators and campus offices to support new students
What We're Looking For
- Current Mercy University student
- Interest in mentoring and helping new students succeed
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work collaboratively
- Commitment to providing an inclusive, supportive student experience
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $18.00 per hour
