About the Role A Student Worker in the Interlibrary Loan (ILL) department supports Fulfillment/ILL operations within Regent University's library. This role assists with resource-sharing requests, holds, digitization, and processing tasks to support academic services. What You'll Do
- Under the direction of Interlibrary Loan Supervisors, perform work in the Fulfillment/ILL department.
- Process Resource-Sharing requests (Borrowing and Lending) and Hold and Digitization requests using Library and ILL systems.
- Search online library resources and locate required materials.
- Locate and pull books from library stacks; digitize print items and microforms.
- Package books to be shipped to libraries and patrons and process them through the UPS system.
- Open and process mail from libraries and patrons and enter statistical data as needed. What We're Looking For
- Ability to adhere to agreed-upon work schedules, including some early morning and/or weekend hours.
- Excellent research and investigative skills, including the ability to complete extensive research queries using internet resources.
- Physical stamina to push loaded carts, shelve heavy books, and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and learn quickly.

- Salary: $12.77 - $14.77 per hour.
