About the Role Support Regent University's campus Gift Shop as a student worker, delivering friendly service, handling transactions, and keeping displays organized in a faith-based environment focused on academic excellence. This role combines cashier duties, merchandising, and coordination of online orders to enhance the visitor experience.
What You'll Do
- Handle purchases and transactions (cash, card, and mobile payments) and balance the register at the beginning and end of shifts
- Restock shelves and displays with new apparel, neatly organize and fold inventory, and maintain the storage closet
- Process packaging and communicate with customers regarding online orders
- Communicate promotions and new arrivals; serve as an information source for visitors in person and over the phone
- Perform daily store maintenance such as dusting and cleaning of surfaces

- Excellent communication skills, in person and via online correspondence
- Proficiency in cash handling and general transaction processing
- Willingness to assist with stocking, cleaning, and event setup as needed

Compensation & Benefits
