About the Role The Regent Royals Game Day Crew is a part-time student position that supports home athletics events for the 2026-2027 year. Crew members are trained for multiple roles to ensure smooth operations across Regent Athletics home games, including men’s and women’s soccer, volleyball, basketball, baseball, softball, XCTF, and beach volleyball. This role is on-campus and game-day oriented within Regent’s faith-based environment. What You'll Do
- Periodic training and meetings attendance required; pregame preparations in the Athletics office and on-site game set-up
- Game entrance/welcome coordination
- Score keeping and scoreboard operation
- Statistics operations
- Visiting team and home team support
- Halftime/in-game special events and competition coordination
- Concessions and Regent gear sales
- Post-game tear down
- Roles trained to allow flexibility in responsibilities and scheduling What We're Looking For
