About the Role This Student Worker position supports Regent University’s Box Office within the School of Communication & Arts. Working in a faith-based environment committed to academic excellence and global influence, you will assist with ticket sales, cash handling, and campus/community outreach for theatre performances.
What You'll Do
- Assist patrons in purchasing tickets in person, online, and over the phone.
- Responsible for daily cash handling.
- Distribute marketing materials around campus and in the community.
- Recruit and track ushers for theatre performances.
- Maintain tidiness and organization of the Box Office.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent customer service skills; experience preferred.
- Work well independently.
- Keen eye for detail; quick learner preferred.
- Professional demeanor.
