We are looking for a motivated and commercially minded student worker to support our Academy & Education activities in Germany. In this role, you will help strengthen our outreach to schools and educational institutions, support marketing and communication efforts, and assist with practical coordination connected to conferences, demonstrations, training activities, and events.
Key Responsibilities
- Support EDU sales and outreach activities in Germany, including identifying relevant schools, vocational institutions, and education stakeholders.
- Cold call and follow up with schools to invite them to conferences, demonstrations, webinars, and other Academy & Education activities.
- Help coordinate and prepare school visits, product demonstrations, and education-focused events in collaboration with the local team.
- Support translation and localization tasks for Academy and Education materials for the German market.
- Create and prepare social media posts, invitations, and other marketing content targeted at schools and education partners.
- Assist with practical coordination tasks, including handling shipments of robots and marketing materials for conferences, training activities, and events.
- Provide ad hoc support to the Academy & Education team as needed.
Your Profile
- You are currently enrolled in a relevant study program, for example within communication, marketing, education, business, sales, or a related field.
- You are fluent in German and have strong written and verbal communication skills; English skills are an advantage.
- You are comfortable contacting schools and education stakeholders by phone, email, and social media.
- You are structured, reliable, and comfortable managing both practical and outreach-related tasks.
- You are proactive and able to work independently while also collaborating with colleagues across teams.
- Experience with sales outreach, marketing content, events, or education-related communication is an advantage, but not required.
