About the Role Stanley Black & Decker is seeking a Student Trainee to join our site in Bang Pakong, Thailand. This onsite role provides hands-on exposure to manufacturing operations and the opportunity to learn about our processes and quality standards while supporting the team.
What You'll Do
- Assist daily operations at the Bang Pakong site and participate in assigned projects
- Support data collection, documentation, and process improvement tasks
- Learn and adhere to safety, quality, and company policies; collaborate with cross-functional teams
What We're Looking For
- Currently enrolled in a related degree or diploma program
- Interest in manufacturing, engineering, or supply chain; strong curiosity and willingness to learn
- Good communication, teamwork, and basic computer skills; ability to work onsite in a manufacturing environment
