Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for students throughout their learning journey.
- Monitor student attendance, participation, engagement, and academic progress.
- Identify students who may be at risk of dropping out and provide appropriate support.
- Conduct student check-ins, orientation sessions, surveys, and feedback activities.
- Respond to student questions, concerns, and support requests.
