About the Role The Student Success & Hybrid Program Coordinator (SSHPC) supports restart initiatives and hybrid program student success under the direction of the Director/Dean of Education. This part-time, onsite role helps eligible restart students re-enter the program and promotes ongoing engagement and achievement within hybrid offerings. What You'll Do
- Support campus restart initiatives and re-enrollment for eligible restart students.
- Advise students and monitor attendance to promote retention and success.
- Coordinate with the Director/Dean of Education to implement student-success strategies for hybrid programs.
- Facilitate the progress of restart students through re-enrollment and assist with program restart initiatives. What We're Looking For
- Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience with student advisement and retention.
- Experience with CampusVue, Canvas, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Nice to Have
- Experience in higher education administration or restart program initiatives (preferred).
