Job title: Student Pharmaceutics Lab Grader
About the Role Supports the pharmaceutics lab faculty by grading pre- and post-lab assignments in the pharmaceutics laboratories. This is a student position open to current UIW P3 pharmacy students, reporting to the Assistant Dean and Chair, Dept. of Pharm. Sc. The role ensures timely and consistent evaluation of student work.
What You'll Do
- Grade pre- and post-laboratory assignments in pharmaceutics laboratories.
- Pick up and return assignments from a designated location.
- Use the faculty-provided grading rubric to evaluate work.
- Enter grades into Canvas.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
- Current UIW Feik School of Pharmacy P3 student (required).
- Ability to apply grading criteria or rubric uniformly to all assignments.
- Complete grading duties in a timely manner.
- Communicate effectively with course faculty.
- Good time-management skills to ensure promptness in grading the weekly assignments and entering grades.
- Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse communities and cultures; adherence to all applicable rules and regulations of the University, the Conference, and the NCAA.
Nice to Have
- Cumulative GPA of 3.5 or above.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $12/hr. Flexible hours up to a maximum of 4 hours per week.
