Job title: Student Labor Supervisor
Berea College seeks individuals to serve as labor supervisors in support of its Great Commitments. The position focuses on the Student Labor Program, supervising and coordinating student work to promote the dignity of labor and provide meaningful work experience. Staff and faculty in this role help schedule, assign, and approve student tasks while developing students' workplace acumen with guidance from the Labor Program Office.
What You'll Do
- Schedule, assign, and approve student work as part of Student Labor Supervision.
- Develop students' workplace acumen and provide tangible work experiences.
- Collaborate with Berea College staff, faculty, and the Labor Program Office to support The Dignity of Labor and the Great Commitments.
