About the Role Scotiabank offers student internships, co-ops and the Velocity program to help you gain hands-on experience and build a foundation for your career. You’ll work on real projects, receive mentorship, and explore opportunities across more than 10 business lines, including Technology, Finance, Risk, Marketing, and HR. Internships begin in January, May, and September, with the TILT New Graduate Development Programs available to recent graduates.
What You'll Do
- Participate in internships and co-ops across Technology, Finance, Risk, Marketing, HR, and more, contributing to real projects.
- Engage in structured development experiences, including mentorship, workshops, executive masterclasses, capstone projects, and cross-functional rotations.
- Collaborate with teams across Scotiabank and build a global network to support long-term career growth.
What We're Looking For
- Current post-secondary students returning to school or completing a co-op/internship requirement.
- Recent graduates who have completed an internship or co-op and are ready to launch their career.
- Passion for learning, curiosity, and innovation; strong collaboration and communication skills; interest in diverse areas including Technology, Finance, Risk, Marketing, and HR.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute to team success.
Nice to Have
- Prior internship or co-op experience is a plus.
- Interest in participating in a high-performance rotational program (like TILT) and working across multiple business lines.
- Global or cross-functional collaboration experience is a plus.
