We are welcoming a dynamic and detail-oriented Student Intern to join our Client Development team. Working closely with the Event Manager, you will play a role in the planning, coordination, and execution of luxury retail activations and large-scale client events. This internship offers hands-on experience in luxury event management, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional project coordination within a leading luxury Maison.

The Client Development department at Louis Vuitton is the strategic anchor of our relationship with our clients. Our purpose is to elevate client experience, foster long-term brand engagement, and drive clienteling excellence across all touchpoints. We bridge the gap between creative vision and personalized client engagement, designing bespoke in-store activations, immersive out-of-store events, and targeted relationship-building initiatives. Client Development team empowers retail networks to cultivate exceptional client relationships and deliver memorable, emotionally resonant client journey.
Job responsibilities
- Assist the Event Manager with day-to-day operational logistics for in-store activations and large-scale out-of-store events, ensuring flawless execution from setup to breakdown
- Serve as a key liaison between internal teams and external partners, including event organizers, vendors, and production agencies
- Support the drafting, distribution, and tracking of client communications, invitations, and RSVPs in alignment with CRM guidelines
- Provide active on-site support during events, managing reception, logistics troubleshooting, and operational flow
- Assist in gathering event feedback, tracking expenses against budgets, and compiling post-event recap reports with key metrics and learnings
- Maintain event calendars, track supplier invoices, and manage inventory of event collateral and gifting items
Profile
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree
- Available to start in Oct-Nov 2026 and commit to an internship duration of at least 4 months or longer
- Demonstrate passion for the luxury industry, retail experiences, and event management
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and polished demeanor when interacting with stakeholders
- Proactive, problem-solving mindset and a collaborative team player
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); design or project management software familiarity is a plus
- Fluent in English and additional languages are an advantage
