About the Role Thiel College values the contributions of our student employees and coordinates on-campus job opportunities through the Human Resources Office, Financial Aid Office, and Career Development Center. The mission is to provide eligible students with career readiness skills and meaningful work experiences that support campus operations and help prepare students for the world of work.
What You'll Do
- Participate in on-campus employment opportunities and support various departments, faculty, and staff across campus.
- Complete I-9 verification and provide required identification to the HR/Payroll office before you begin employment.
- After verification, coordinate with your department supervisor to schedule hours and begin working.
- Reflect on your work experiences to identify your skills and articulate how they prepare you for future opportunities.
What We're Looking For
- Current Thiel College student eligible for on-campus employment.
- Willingness to learn workplace skills and contribute to campus community.
- Ability to provide required I-9 documentation and comply with verification process.
- Interest in developing career readiness skills and understanding best practices in student employment.
- Ability to collaborate with multiple offices (HR, Financial Aid, Career Development Center) and on-campus hiring managers.
