Student Acquisition Manager Location Lagos Job Field Sales and Business Development Qualification BA/BSc/HND Experience 3–5 years
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute student acquisition strategies to achieve enrollment targets.
- Manage the recruitment funnel from lead generation to student enrollment.
- Build partnerships with schools, community organizations, and other stakeholders.
- Organize recruitment events, school visits, and career talks.
- Support prospective students through the admissions and enrollment process.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 3–5+ years' experience in student recruitment, admissions, sales, business development, or customer acquisition.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in Education, EdTech, Training, or Youth Development is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
