Student Accounts Student Assistant (26-27) - FWS (Student)
Job Description Summary Student Assistant to provide project support to Student Account Representatives and assist with daily tasks as assigned.
Specific Duties Assist student accounts representatives with:
- general billing
- cashiering/ front counter support
- mass emails
- making inbound/outbound phone calls
- account review
- scanning, indexing, and spot checking BDMS documents
- transact updates
- filing
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be a current University of La Verne student with Federal Work Study eligibility for the 2026/2027 academic year
- General office equipment experience
- Computer program knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently
Preferred Qualifications
- Customer service experience
Benefits Summary Employees are eligible for the following benefits: One hour of Paid Sick Leave for every 30 hours worked, with a maximum accrual of 24 hours of Paid Sick Leave per year and capped at 48 hours.
