What You Bring

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field; experience with Railway design is appreciated.
• Strong experience with CAD tools and structural design principles.
• Knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and mechanical analysis.
• Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken, are required; knowledge of Italian is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid team environment and to coordinate small operational cells.
• Attention to detail and a passion for sustainable engineering solutions.
