Structural Design Manager
Key Job Responsibilities
- Manage and lead the Structural Design team, including resource planning, workload management, technical development, and team performance.
- Plan and manage structural design deliverables across concept, preliminary, detailed, and IFC design stages, ensuring delivery in accordance with project programs, budgets, schedules, and quality requirements.
- Lead the production and coordination of structural designs for major Rail & Metro structures, including iconic, underground, at-grade, and elevated stations, depots, maintenance facilities, and other major railway structures.
- Provide technical direction and oversight to the Structural Design team, ensuring appropriate engineering approaches, design methodologies, and technical standards are applied.
