About the Role Join Stretch Zone as a Stretch Practitioner in Laguna Niguel, CA. This part-time onsite role focuses on delivering personalized stretching sessions, assessing member needs, and providing hospitality to help members reach their wellness goals. What You'll Do
- Deliver individualized stretching sessions to members
- Assess member needs and tailor sessions accordingly
- Provide hospitality and supportive member experience
- Complete hands-on and virtual training as required
- Maintain reliable transportation to fulfill shifts What We're Looking For
- Passion for fitness and wellness
- Background or experience in exercise science, bodywork or athletics (preferred)
- Able to complete hands-on and virtual training
- Availability for part-time shifts, with morning, evening, and weekend availability
- Onsite work readiness and reliable transportation Nice to Have
- Prior stretching, fitness, or wellness practitioner experience Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $20-$26 per hour
