About the Role Strategy & Transformation Senior Consultant at Capgemini Portugal, focusing on Digital Transformation, Customer Experience, Sustainability, and Organizational, Processes & Culture Transformation. You will help leading organizations unlock value from technology and drive sustainable, inclusive change across business models and operations.

What You'll Do

• Contribute to digital transformational projects with expertise in organizational design, process optimization and customer experience.
• Develop commercial proposals, viewpoints and other consulting artifacts across the value chain.
• Demonstrate understanding of project management activities and support client delivery.
• Engage with one or more industries (Energy, Telco, Consumer Products, Retail & distribution, Healthcare, Financial Services) to apply sector insights.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in digital transformational projects, in designing organizational models, process optimization and customer experience.
• Practice in development of commercial proposals, viewpoints and other documents present in the consulting value chain.
• Understanding of project management activities.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Good understanding or interest in one or more industries: Energy, Telco, Consumer Products Retail and distribution, Healthcare, Financial Services (Insurance and/or Banking).
• Degree in Management, Economics or similar.
• Past or actual proven experience in Management Consulting in a top tier consulting firm is a plus.
