About the Role Moment is seeking an exceptional Strategy & Ops Leader to help build and scale our GTM engine, drive strategic and operational projects, and sustain it through hypergrowth. You’ll tailor scope to your strengths to maximize impact and career acceleration.
What You'll Do
- Run point on the most important GTM, operational, and strategy projects at the company
- Turn the company into a well-oiled machine that can maintain 10x+ growth while scaling smoothly and effectively
- Build a world-class Strategy & Ops function—and help stand up / scale other functions as needed
- Lean into your superpowers to maximize impact and career acceleration
What We're Looking For
- 5-8 years of experience at some combination of B2B start-ups, investment banking, consulting, or investing
- Preference for at least some GTM or operations experience at a start-up
- Incredible work ethic / throughput, ability to learn, obsession over the details, ownership mentality, and bias for action
- High integrity

- A passion to become a master at all things operations and / or GTM in B2B start-ups

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $160K to $230K
- Equity: aggressive initial grant + annual performance-based bonuses
- Office: West Village Office with a terrace, 5x a week in office
