About this role
Strategy & Operations Manager - Supply Growth
Uber's ability to deliver for millions of customers depends on having great delivery partners on the road. Growing and retaining our delivery partner base is one of the most critical and complex challenges in the business. It sits at the intersection of marketplace dynamics, creativity, and real human behavior.
As a Strategy and Operations Manager on the Earner Supply team, you will own the strategies that bring Delivery Partners onto Uber's platform. This means building acquisition campaigns that scale, designing creative solutions, and partnering with Product. You will work across a wide range of stakeholders (product, marketing, finance, and marketplace) to solve a problem where you get to write the playbook.
This role is ideal for someone who is equal parts strategist, operator, and entrepreneur. You will have genuine ownership of initiatives end to end, from identifying the opportunity to building the business case, launching, and optimising. The supply growth space is large, evolving, and ripe for creative thinking, whether that is unlocking new supply segments, designing experiments, championing product-led growth solutions, or forging external partnerships.
What you’ll do
-
Own supply acquisition and engagement strategy: drive campaigns, including designing new ones, and lead initiatives that grow our delivery partner base.
-
Reduce churn and deepen engagement: optimise beyond the first trip, build initiatives, and partner with teams to improve long-term platform engagement.
-
Champion product-led growth: work hand in hand with Product teams to identify and ship productised solutions to supply growth challenges.
-
Support external partnerships: collaborate with external partners to reach and grow new Delivery Partners.
-
Design and run experiments: build test-and-learn frameworks to validate new acquisition channels, campaign formats, and engagement mechanics before scaling.
-
Work across a broad stakeholder set: partner with marketing, finance, partnerships, product, and central teams to tailor solutions for local market needs and influence the broader supply growth roadmap.
-
Solve creatively in ambiguity: bring fresh ideas, test unconventional approaches, and build structured plans from complex data to tackle open-ended challenges.
-
